I bought this product two and a half years ago and it has had little use, however the wire is in the state you see in the photos... on top of that I can't complain anymore as the warranty ended in March, apart from any touch on the hearing part turned off the device... it was a very bad purchase

I've had this product for a couple of months it was working perfectly until one night I put it to charge only to smell burning rubber. IDK why this happened other than the magnet that holds the clip to the base must of completed a circuit which caused a short.
